Please refer to the below delivery times per country, please note these are in business days. Additionally, processing time can take between 24-48 hours as we prepare your order for shipment. Customers that purchase the Skip The Queue option will receive prioritized fulfilment.

Important Shipping Information for Mobile-Powered Products

Please note that mobile-powered products, such as power banks, require special handling and are shipped on secure routes. As a result, delivery for these items may take an additional 1-2 days beyond the standard shipping times. We prioritize safety and compliance to ensure your product reaches you securely and efficiently. 

Returns & Defective Items


We aim to provide high quality products. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it for you at no cost.

Important Things to Note

A complete and accurate delivery address is essential. We are unable to revise the shipping address once your order has been prepared for shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer immediately for a correction.

 

If you happen to input the wrong address, please send us an email immediately with your order number and the amended shipping address. We’ll change it for you. If an order is subject to review due to a suspicion of fraud, delivery may be delayed and/or canceled.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If the customer refuses or does not collect the package despite several attempts to inform the customer, we will not reimburse labor costs and expenses incurred in sending the order. We always ask for telephone numbers and email addresses to ensure that the customer remains informed about their package.

 

If the tracking shows that the package was delivered but you have not received your order, you must first contact the post office or shipping company and ask what happened to your package. If the post office or other shipping company reports that the package was lost in transit, you must request an official certificate of the lost package and send it to us.
